I am a dad, a husband, an author, a speaker, a coach, a man -- those are the roles I play. I am a spiritual being having this human experience.

I write books on spirituality and on leadership. When I say spirituality, I don't mean religion. Religion is fine, yet I am not trying to get anyone to change their beliefs. My goal is to expand my awareness and help others to expand theirs. Opinions are less important than we think. What counts is wisdom -- and the amount of love and joy you can express. What counts is compassion and understanding, without compromising who you are.

I also write and speak about moving beyond blaming. It seems that people are constantly looking for reasons to be offended. We need to move beyond blaming and take full responsibility for our lives. My mantra is my website---noblaming.com
